Meet at Parque El Encuentro for a guided mushroom walk with Felipe Ruan Soto, then return to cook together. The organizers provide tortillas, salsa, bread and other essentials; participants may bring an ingredient to share. The welcome includes 70% cacao with Mamafunga adaptogens. Only mushrooms identified by Felipe Ruan Soto will be cooked and eaten. Bring a cup or thermos. Registration is required; the group is limited to 30 people. MXN 200 per person.
