About this event
An in-person workshop on medicinal plants and women’s health, from menarche through menopause. The program includes a meditation circle in the forest, a tour of the medicinal garden, and hands-on preparation of mother tinctures, microdoses, and Bach flowers, followed by a personalized remedy. Topics include cysts and fibroids, vaginal and urinary infections, bleeding, hormonal regulation, menstrual health, and menopause. The workshop draws on Mexican and Italian traditional herbalism, spagyrics, biodescodification, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Location: Herbolaria de la Montaña in Los Alcanfores Huitepec, San Cristóbal de las Casas.
