The Women-Powered Coffee Summit (WPCS) brings together people across the coffee value chain and centers the leadership and knowledge of smallholder women coffee producers. The gathering connects producers, traders, roasters, baristas, researchers and buyers to exchange ideas, share skills, build community and belonging, and discuss sustainable, climate-smart practices through intersectional perspectives. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15 9:00 AM–7:00 PM — Registration. 10:00–11:00 AM — Optional guided tour of Museo de los Altos. 11:00 AM–2:00 PM — The Weaving Room: participant-led conversations and skill-sharing; Coffee on Film, with films exploring coffee, women, land, labor, identity, climate and community. 4:00–6:00 PM — Open Doors visits to local organizations. 7:00–9:00 PM — Welcome Celebration. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16 9:00 AM — Opening Plenary. 11:00 AM — Ideas Marketplace. 12:30 PM — Lunch. 2:00 PM — Workshops and Buyer Cupping. 4:00 PM — Ideas Marketplace. 6:30 PM — Dinner (not included in the ticket).
