Núcleo Marea is the movement practice project led by Maré, a movement teacher, dancer and choreographer in San Cristóbal de las Casas. Current practices include Movimiento Primal, Geometrías del Cuerpo 1 and 2, and Prácticas de Bienestar. Classes take place at Sala Adagio inside La Enseñanza, Belisario Domínguez 13. Current schedule: Movimiento Primal — Monday and Thursday, 09:00–10:00, all levels; Geometrías del Cuerpo 1 — Monday and Thursday, 10:30–12:00, beginner level; Geometrías del Cuerpo 2 — Wednesday and Friday, 10:30–12:00, intermediate and advanced; Prácticas de Bienestar — Tuesday, 10:00–11:30, open to everyone with voluntary contribution.
