Border and arrival planning
Carry your physical passport and verify the current Mexico entry requirements for your nationality before departure. Immigration rules, taxes and permitted stays can change separately from shuttle schedules.
Because border processing and the vehicle change can take longer than expected, do not schedule a tight connection from San Cristóbal on the same day. Confirm whether your shuttle drops you at your hotel/address or at a central point, especially if you arrive after dark or with heavy luggage.
